Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage the schedule for the field service technicians.
• Interpret information from the sales team on projects sold to plan the schedule.
• Answer emergency and other service calls from customers and plan and manage the schedule accordingly.
• Responsible for learning, retaining, and ensuring execution of site-specific information like safety, gate/entry, badging, and other requirements.
• Ensure project and site-specific information is given to and understood by technicians.
• Learn the skills of technicians and schedule them for projects accordingly.
• Learn and understand the scope of work for projects.
• Work with the service coordinator to ensure materials for projects are ordered and ready for when projects are scheduled.
• Develop and maintain positive rapport with the field technicians.
• Regularly communicate with technicians via phone, text, email and in-person.

Requirements:

• Must be able to adapt to the constantly changing demands of customers and be able to adjust the schedule appropriately.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.
